Read:

If you’ve ever felt like your failures define you, let Ephesians 1 interrupt that way of thinking. You’ve been forgiven—not reluctantly, but extravagantly. Grace isn’t just something God sprinkles on top. He poured it out through Jesus, drenching you in his kindness and mercy and setting you free.

You can’t out-sin God’s grace. Now, that’s not a license to live recklessly. Instead, it’s the foundation for living in true freedom. When shame loses its grip, so does the need to strive. Your identity is no longer “the one who messed up” or “the one who should’ve known better.” You’re now the one God rescued, loves, and made new. You’re forgiven. Period.

Reflect: Are you living like someone who’s forgiven, or someone still trying to earn it?

Pray: Jesus, thank you for forgiving me fully. Help me stop carrying what you’ve already taken away.
